FAQ

How do I activate my startup plan?

Startup plans are only available on the self-hosted version of n8n. After signing up for the 14-day trial, you receive a license key. Enter your license key through the Settings in your n8n instance to activate enterprise features. For more details, refer to the self-hosting docs.

How do I cancel my startup plan?

In your self-hosted n8n instance, go to Settings > Usage and plan. Enter your license key if you haven’t yet. Then click on Manage Plan and follow the link at the bottom of the page to cancel.

I can’t activate my license with an error 'Activation Failed: Activation key has already been used on this instance'

Try clearing your existing license by running 'n8n license:clear' before activating. If issues persist, contact support at help@n8n.io with the information from running 'n8n license:info'.
