Who is eligible for the Algolia startup program?
Startups that are less than three years old and have raised less than $5M in funding are eligible for the program.
What do we get if we get approved in the program?
If approved, startups receive $10,000 in Algolia credits that can be used in the first 12 months.
I am not able to use all my credits in the 12 months, can I use them later?
All unused credits will expire after 12 months.
What happens if I end up using all the credits before 12 months?
Once the $10,000 credits are exhausted, startups will be automatically moved to a pay-as-you-go plan, with an option to contact the sales team for committed plans with a 20% discount.
I am already a paying Algolia customer, can I still apply and get approved?
No, the program is only for new and free users; paying customers are not eligible.
I am a free user of Algolia, can I apply and get approved?
Yes, free users who meet the eligibility criteria can apply and get approved.
Can I redeem more than one code?
No, startups that have used any other coupon code in the past are not eligible for the Algolia Startup Program.
Can I transfer my Algolia credits?
No, the credits are non-transferable and any unused credits will expire after 12 months.
